  1. Login as an administrator to the Cisco Unified CM Administration portal.

  2. Navigate to System > Service Paramater and select a CUCM server.

  3. Select the Cisco CallManager service.

  4. Locate the CDR Enabled Flag under System and set to True. This has to be done for all the nodes in the server, then save your changes.


  5. Navigate to System > Enterprise Parameters and choose a unique cluster name. Save your changes.

  6. Navigate to Cisco Unified Serviceability and click Go


  7. Navigate to Tools > CDR Management

  8. Click the Add New button and fill the form.

  9. Go to CDR > Export CDR/CMR

  10. Select the desired dates and uncheck CMR records, then click Export to File and wait for your request to be processed.

  11. Follow the instructions to save the file on your machine.

  12. Go to the CDR Dump File Import page in SMACS and import the file you created.
