Overview
This document will guide you through the steps for upgrading your existing ZPC machine in VMWare to meet our new hardware requirements.

For ZPC version 8 and largerhigher, you will need to assign at least 120 GB of disk space. If you use our Reporting module and are planning to import CDR data from CUCM, please add 3GB for each 1M call records on top of the minimum disk space required (120GB) up to 500GB.

Start the machine with the "Power On" button in the bar next to the server name.

Log into vSphere with your credentials
Search for the Virtual Machine via the sidebar and select it
Click on the “Summary” tab and click on “Shut Down Guest”
Once the VM has been shut down, select “Edit Settings”
Click on “CPUs” and change the value “Number of virtual sockets” from 1 to 2,
Click on “Hard disk 1” and change the value “Provisioned Size” to “120 GB”
Click “OK” and wait until the task is completed (Check "Recent Tasks" tab for more details)
Start the machine with the "Power On" button under “Summary”.
