As part of the Webex Calling configuration in ZPC, you will need to create an integration on the Webex Developers platform. Please follow these steps for a successful deployment:

  1. Connect to your ZPC instance as an administrator,

  2. Select Settings > Cisco Management > Webex Authentication Management

  3. Open a new tab and go to https://developer.webex.com/ . Keep the ZPC tab open, you’ll need it later.

  4. If you are not logged in already, click on the “Log in” button in the top-right corner,

  5. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner and select “My Webex Apps”,

  6. If you already have at least one App, click on “Create a new app”, if this is your first app, skip to the next step,

  7. Click on “Create an Integration”,

  8. Fill out the form:

    1. “Will this integration use a mobile SDK?”: Select “No”

    2. Integration Name: “ZPC Connector”

    3. Icon: Select “Default 1”

    4. App Hub Description: “Application used to connect a Webex tenant to ZIRO Platform for Cisco.”

    5. Redirect URI(s): Copy the “Redirect URI” field from the “Webex Authentication Management” form in ZPC and paste it here

    6. Scopes: Check the following checkboxes:

      1. spark:people_read

      2. spark:people_write

      3. spark-admin:licenses_read

      4. spark-admin:people_read

      5. spark-admin:people_write

      6. spark-admin:telephony_config_read

      7. spark-admin:telephony_config_write

      8. spark-admin:devices_read

      9. spark-admin:devices_write

    7. Click on“Add Integration”at the bottom of the page.

  9. On the new Webex pagecongratulations page on the Webex for Developers portal, copy the “Client ID” and “Client Secret” fields and paste it them in the “Application Client” field in ZPC,On the new Webex page, copy and “Client Secret” fields in ZPC. Make sure to copy-paste the “Client Secret” and paste it in the “Application Secret” field in ZPC,correctly as it will disappear once you leave the page.

  10. Click “Save” on the ZPC page,

  11. Click on “Login with Webex” on the ZPC page,

  12. Enter the username and password of the service account and click “Sign In”,

  13. Click on “Authorize”.

Your Webex Integration has now been created and you have linked your ZPC to Webex!
