Steps
Login as an administrator to the Cisco Unified CM Administration portal.
Navigate to System > Service Paramater and select a CUCM server.
Select the Cisco CallManager service.
Locate the CDR Enabled Flag under System and set to True. This has to be done for all the nodes in the server, then save your changes.
Navigate to System > Enterprise Parameters and choose a unique cluster name. Save your changes.
Navigate to Cisco Unified Serviceability and click Go
Navigate to Tools > CDR Management
Click the Add New button and fill the form, then click Add
