In order to provide the reports with historical utilization data which precedes the date at which CDR forwarding to SMACS ZPC was setup, import CDR dump files covering older periods by following the steps below.

Admin access to your CUCM
Steps
Login as an administrator to CUCM.
Go to Navigation > Cisco Unified Serviceability in top right corner and click Go.
Go to Tools > Service Activation

Select the relevant server from the Server dropdown and click Go

Activate both CDR Services and click Save
Cisco SOAP - CDRonDemand Service
Cisco CAR Web Service.
Go to Tools > CDR Analysis and Reporting.

Go to CDR > Export CDR/CMR

Select the desired dates and uncheck CMR records, then click Export to File and wait for your request to be processed.

Follow the instructions to save the file on your machine.

Go to the CDR Dump File Import page in

ZPC and import the file you created.
